Shipping Policy

The Service is a transaction, information and communication service available to authorized users ("customers") who access currently provide an online grocery shopping and delivery service, and may in the future provide additional shopping and related services.

Our representatives will shop and deliver grocery orders placed with the from Kendriya Bhandar stores. Prices of products sold online will be same as those in their retail stores. Delivery will be made to the delivery address that you specify when you confirm your order at a convenience fee/ charge of Rs. 50/.  Prices for products you place in your cart will be guaranteed for the transaction. Delivery will be made in three time slots as per the customers preference. will endeavor to deliver the products in the specific time slot selected. However, in case delivery is not made in the selected time slot, has a policy of guaranteed delivery within 24 hours and will ensure the delivery is made within this period.

Payment for groceries and associated shopping and delivery fees is due at the time of delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and pay for deliveries at the specified time of delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive and pay for the order.

If cannot deliver your order, or must make an additional delivery because no one is at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the specified time, or wrong address / details given to us by you, will be assessed an additional fee of Rs. 50/ again. If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item purchased through our website, you may call customer service at the time of receiving your order at SDNPL’s liability for missing a delivery is limited to delivery at a later agreed time at no additional charge.

Returns and Replacement Policy:

The goods/ products shall only be taken back in case of wrong supply of goods by SDNPL. Delivery of goods once accepted by the customer shall not be taken back in any case.

In case of a wrong supply of goods, our associates shall make necessary arrangements for a return/exchange of products within 48 hours of being notified of the same. Request for the same shall be accepted upto 24 hours from the time of billing. These goods will be replaced only if they are in an unopened condition and are not physically damaged/tampered with in any way.
